The sea backthorn berry’s flesh is transformed into the rich “marrow” at the heart of SeaberryJoy, offering an impressively high 60–70 % concentration—well above typical market blends—and a flavour profile beloved by children and honoured with multiple Great Taste awards.
Marrow not used in the SeaberryJoy is enzymatically processed to yield nutrient-dense sea buckthorn fruit oil, a key component of OmegaHarmony.
The peel and seeds are repurposed—dried and milled into fine powders or processed via supercritical CO₂ extraction and cold-pressing techniques—to create oils rich in bioactives, which also form the backbone of our OmegaHarmony range.
